Test Your Knowledge!ABOUT THIS TEST: I have done my best to choose questions for this test that should accomplish one of the following: 1. Check your ability to answer questions for your customers. 2. Check your awareness of store procedures that we are implementing. 3. Drive home a point. There are no trick questions. You may need to search for some of the information in the manual for answers that require some detail. For this reason, I've provided a link to the Table of Contents that will open in its own window. Some of the questions are really designed for new hires so I ask that our veterans be patient and answer them anyway. The only reason for needing to retake the test would be if you have missed a lot of answers and it's pretty clear that the manual wasn't even read. It is possible that I have asked some questions that need revision, or are incorrect, or even unnecessary. I'll leave it to our shift supervisors to let me know where I've made mistakes.

No matter how long you've been around coffee, I'm sure you were surprised by how much you didn't know before you read the manual. I was shocked at how much I didn't know when I built SCA. I would also like to say a special Thank You to those of you who contributed to the contents of our manual. You were a big help! Please be patient with the process we'll be going through due to the changes we have planned. Thanks again for all of your hard work. You are much appreciated!
