This page illustrates our floor plan for Lakota Coffee Company. As you know or will soon see - our tables and chairs get moved around a lot through the course of a day. This is great for our guests but creates a bit of work for us.You can use this chart to get used to gradually moving the tables back into their normal positions through the course of the day.The only change we are making is that the tables will be arranged in advance for the Breakfast Club in the mornings. We will experiment with leaving it this way all the time. There are many places in town that offer long community tables where people who don't necessarily know each other will sit together on fairly close quarters. As you work with our seating arrangement you may notice a better way. Don't hesitate to share your ideas with us.
